Engineered Materials for Long-Term Performance

Material selection plays a critical role in the durability, corrosion resistance, and performance of exhaust system components. Invicta Exhaust Systems utilizes a range of carefully selected materials to meet the requirements of diverse applications, environments, and customer specifications.

Stainless Steel 304 (SS304)

SS304 provides excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life. It is commonly used in premium exhaust applications where resistance to moisture, chemicals, and harsh operating conditions is essential.

Stainless Steel 409 (SS409)

SS409 is widely used throughout the exhaust industry due to its excellent balance of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. It is a preferred material for many OEM and aftermarket exhaust components.

Stainless Steel 430 (SS430)

SS430 offers good corrosion resistance and attractive surface finish characteristics, making it suitable for selected exhaust accessories, clamps, and mounting components.

Aluminized Steel

Aluminized steel combines the strength of carbon steel with enhanced corrosion resistance provided by its aluminum-silicon coating. It is frequently used in commercial vehicle and industrial exhaust applications where performance and value are important considerations.

Mild Steel

Mild steel remains a practical material choice for selected applications where cost efficiency and structural performance are primary requirements.
